Our Staff
The New Teacher Project is structured around four primary lines of business, which include Policy & Research, Teaching Fellows Programs, Staffing Initiatives, and Training & Certification. Within these business lines, our Partners oversee the implementation of contracts and manage client relationships, while national specialist and operations staffs conduct research and development and provide expert support to the site-specific staff members who manage the day-to-day operations and continued development of each project.

Our diverse staff numbers more than 150 full-time individuals, more than half of whom are former teachers. Others are education policy experts, researchers, and strategy consultants from top tier private sector firms. The composition of our team and past experiences allow TNTP to be mission-driven, customer-focused and results-oriented.
