The New Teacher Project works with a variety of education-related agencies and organizations at the local, state, and national levels to help them recruit, prepare and hire new teachers effectively. Our clients are primarily school districts, state education agencies, colleges and universities.

Our Nationwide Focus

The New Teacher Project is best known for its work with major urban school districts. In fact, TNTP currently has a presence in four of the country's five largest cities (including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Philadelphia). However, our past and present clients reflect a variety of educational entities and a range of geographic settings. Among others, they include states with large rural areas such as Alaska, Arkansas, Louisiana and Virginia, and institutions of higher education such as Mercy College in New York City.
